Gentoo - Provision of Full Void Repairs (with R&M Support)

Gentoo seek to appoint a Contractor to provide full upgrade works to void properties. The majority of the works will be completed on vacant properties however from time to time, Gentoo's R&M department may require support on major repairs to be completed in occupied properties. Prosper Procurement Ltd ("PROSPER") is managing this procurement on behalf of the Contracting Body. PLEASE NOTE: This is an award notice following an Open Tender and this contract has been let.
