LJHA - Communal Cleaning ITT - May 2025

LJHA Communal Cleaning services at the following properties Bentcliffe Court, Burton House, Burton Mews, High Moor Close, Lady Park Court, Sheila Saunders Lawn, Skyte House, Stone Court, Stonegate Way, Cherry Tree House & Hillside as detailed in the ITT. The Contract is let with a 3 year fixed term with two - one year extension options at the employers discretion. This underlying contract is awarded following a tender from the CHIC Cleaning DPS - Lot 2: Housing / Domestic / Communal / Sheltered site cleaning - Yorkshire region.
