Description

Save the Children's (SCUK) new Home Learning Environment (HLE) programme will provide low income families with a continuum of products, resources and information that support the key development ages and stages of their children aged 0-6. The products available to families include household items (furniture etc); vouchers for small household items (e.g. bedding and kitchenware, baby bottles); white goods; and Early Learning Packs (toys and resources to support children's development). Referral Partners (professionals such as health visitors, social workers, family support workers) who are registered with the programme will visit family homes, assess need and apply for a grant on the family's behalf via the digital platform. The HLE programme will be delivered by one or more supplier partners and SCUK is seeking tenders from organisations able to evidence the necessary experience, capacity and skills to deliver the component elements of the HLE programme. The Invitation to Tender is structured in 3 lots: Lot 1 - Digital Platform (DP) Lot 2 - Managing Partner (MP) Lot 3 - Product Supplier(s) of: Lot 3.1 - Household items (and household vouchers) Lot 3.2 - White goods Lot 3.3 - Early Learning Packs.
