Senior Leaders Recruitment

The provision of Senior Leaders' Recruitment: • To procure an executive search and selection supplier for the recruitment to the Chief Executive, Executive Director Community and Wellbeing (DASS) and Executive Director Resident Services • To provide review and expert opinion on the person specification and job description for each role to ensure we are attracting the right candidates. • To provide national search capability. • To provide expertise in selection and managing the candidate experience. • To consider EDIB. • Marketing of the SCC brand to attract candidates. • Advise and present candidates to the CEO, Senior Directors and Members for selection and appointment Committee. • This request for quotation specifically includes the recruitment to the three job roles above. The Authority reserves the right to potentially additionally appointment the same provider for similar roles which may or may not become available for recruitment over the next 12 months.
