Description
Dementia Community Memory Support services are community based preventative services which the Local Authority has an obligation to procure to help and support people with dementia and their family/carers to live well with dementia from diagnosis until end of life. The London Borough of Newham (LBN) is procuring this service as a joint contract with Newham Clinical Commissioning Group (NCCG). The contract is for a period of 1 year commencing on 01.01.2021. LBN welcomes Expressions of Interest from providers with a proven track record of providing similar services and also have the potential to exceed the non-statutory requirements of the service Specification.
