Warm Homes Healthy People

To deliver a year-round service focused on prevention and early intervention to address the impacts of fuel and food poverty on groups who are more vulnerable to health problems associated with cold homes and/or who may have less contact with health services. This award is expected to run until details of the crisis and resilience fund have been released by the government in March next year.
