Description
Westminster City Council is seeking a qualified provider to deliver an Inclusive Cycling Service for disabled residents, older people, and individuals with long‑term health conditions. The service will offer supported, accessible cycling using side‑by‑side e‑assist cycles, operated by trained instructors, to improve mobility, wellbeing, and social connection. The contract will run from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027, with the option to extend for up to two additional 12‑month periods. Interested suppliers will need to demonstrate relevant experience, strong safety and safeguarding practices, and the ability to deliver a high‑quality, inclusive community transport offer.
