Description
HMRC's People Strategy has the employee experience as its focus and the Outplacement is a real positive in terms of enhancing the employee experience. HMRC therefore continues to require additional specialist support for staff who will be facing redundancy or voluntary exit to fulfil the commitment to staff as an exemplar employer. This will complement the existing range of support available for those who can't move to a future HMRC office. The Service Provider, will provide a menu of options under Career Transition (CV Development / Advance Recruitment Modules) and Self Employment (Working for Yourself Modules) to support those staff who will be faced with redundancy or voluntary exit. A blended approach will be offered to allow employees to consider their life choices when leaving the Department. Access to support and learning will be provided via an online multi-platform web based portal and limited access to a helpline will be provided for up to 12 months from the date the employee engages with the Service Provider
