The aim of this work is to assist in the following and may include, but is not limited to Industry Insight and Market Engagement Deliver informed recommendations that reflect current market dynamics, supply chain capabilities, and stakeholder priorities. Support proactive engagement with industry participants to ensure the scheme aligns with commercial realities and fosters competitive participation. Focus on a) De-risking the pipeline b) Industrialisation of manufacturing c) Accelerating commercialisation and d) Infrastructure and market enablers. Technical Expertise in FLOW Contribute specialist knowledge to shape the FLOW scheme design, competition framework, assessment criteria, and guidance documentation. Provide robust technical input to ensure the scheme reflects best practice. Strategic Design Support Assist the design team in developing a funding distribution model and other critical elements of scheme architecture. Offer strategic advice to optimise scheme objectives, drive cost efficiency, and maximise impact across the UK offshore wind sector. This opportunity was tendered via the DESNZ Energy and Net Zero Professional Services Framework (ENZPS Framework). Lot 2 and SD 3 Energy Design and Delivery.
