Out of Hours Noise Nuisance Response

The provider will be delivering a public-facing service for the Out of Hours Noise and Nuisance response on a weekly basis between 19.00 and 02.00 Friday, Saturday and Sunday and Bank Holidays\r \r The Council requires a supplier to provide appropriately experienced uniformed Officers to respond to resident complaints of noise and nuisance across the whole of the borough. \r \r The service provider and any officers assigned to this contract must be approved under the Association of Chief Police Officers Community Safety Accreditation Scheme (CSAC) and be accredited by the Metropolitan Police to provide uniformed officers, with delegated enforcements powers. This accreditation must be kept up to date under the requirements of this Scheme\r \r The Contract will commence on 11th August 2023 and be for a period of 31 weeks, with an option to extend for a further period up to 31st March 2025, at the sole discretion of the Council.\r
