Support for the Delivery of Asset Based Investment Business Cases

Wyre Forest District Council wishes to appoint a Contractor to fulfil a commission to complete a number of business cases for investment in the redevelopment of Council owned property assets that could generate a future revenue stream for the Council. The appointment will be by way of competitive Tender. The Council wishes to make this appointment based on a fixed fee with an appointment for a maximum period of six months, but the Council would encourage completion of the business cases sooner than that if possible.
