Description
The Council has established a Dynamic Framework Agreement (DFA) - (under the Light Touch Regime – Schedule 3 Public Contract Regulations 2015) for the provision of Living Well At Home Services (LWAH) which will include, Reablement and Homecare, Homecare only and Extra Care Housing. Tenderers were invited for inclusion on the DFA. The Dynamic Framework Agreement will be for an initial term of four years (2021 - 2025) with an option for the Council to extend for up to a further three years (2025 - 2028). Concurrently, the Council will also be awarding call off contracts for Reablement and Homecare (Lot 1A) and Extra Care Housing (Lot 2A). These will also be for an initial term of four years (2021 – 2025) with an option for the Council to extend for up to a further three years (2025 – 2028). The DFA will have the flexibility to include additional and complimentary services, during the life of the Dynamic Framework Agreement in line with Regulation 72 of the Public Contract Regulation (2015).
