Asbestos removal, encapsulation, treatment and disposal services

We have a legal duty under the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 to manage asbestos containing materials (ACM's) within our property estate. Our property estate includes residential dwellings in the form of houses, bungalows and low, medium and high rise residential blocks. Additionally, we operate a number of residential independent living schemes, community and service access hubs, and a portfolio of commercial premises including garage and allotment sites. We, as the need arises, shall require the services of licensed asbestos removal including a range of asbestos removal, encapsulation, treatment and disposal services to comply with our duties under the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012.
