NRTS3 NOC and Field Services Sizing Assessment

NRTS3 NOC and Field Services Sizing Assessment National Highways has awarded a contract to Gartner UK Limited to provide independent validation and optimisation of staffing models for the NRTS3 programme, focusing on the National Operations Centre NOC and Field Services FS. The support is required due to internal resource constraints during the ITT evaluation and upcoming BAFO stage. Gartner will deliver benchmarking, cost assurance, and recommendations to help National Highways secure value for money, strengthen negotiations, and confidently proceed with a high value direct award.
