CP1936-20 Wide Area Network

Devon County Council (DCC) is strategically moving towards being a "Commissioning Authority" where services are increasingly delivered by partners and external organisations. Additionally due to recent events, DCC is also undergoing a property rationalisation programme to reduce and reshape their property portfolio. These two initiatives may determine that some existing locations / buildings / may not be required in the future. Equally it might also require new or additional accommodation / buildings to be included at a future date. This is also dependant on future authority's structure and policies and the accommodation reviews of the authority's buildings and assets will possibly have an impact on future requirements. The successful supplier will be obliged to reconcile those changing needs and produce flexible solutions that will incorporate the needs of the authority.
