Contract to provide software for Planning Development service.

The software provided by Idox is an intrinsic and fundamental tool in delivering all the services within the Planning Development service area of the Council. The service is highly digitised and for the most part paperless. Statutory functions such as development management, building control and land charges would not be possible without such a software system or the fundamental re-working of all our business processes which rely on the software to execute our statutory functions in an efficient and cost effective manner.
