Site & ground surveys

The current tender seeks the required site surveys to understand the site and ground conditions, and subsequently allow the Institute to obtain accurate quotes that will facilitate the creation of demonstrator pads and associated service ducts, access will be via new Tarmac roadways. The investigative surveys required may include but not limited to: • Topographical Survey • Site Investigation • Underground services • Civil & Structural Conceptual plans are available on request, but in summary the approximate areas involved are: • Tarmac roads 1500 Sq meters • General ground works 2500 Sq Meters
