| Cost | At the Invitation to submit final tender response stage, the successful tenderers that were shortlisted will be requested to submit a quality submission and commercial submission. This will be hourly rates for the job roles that are highlighted in the specification document that is available on the Atamis e-procurement portal. If the tenderer passes the quality threshold of 60/100 then the sum of the hourly rates will be divided by the moderated quality scores to create a PQP score. | price | — |
