Freshlings Nursery Refurbishment Project

The University of Plymouth is looking to appoint a contractor to undertake the refurbishment of the Freshlings Nursery. The works will include redecoration throughout, new floor covering, new kitchens, new children toilets and changing areas and storage cupboards. The works are scheduled to be undertaken between January 2024 and September 2024 period, the building and campus will be occupied during the contract. It is likely that other contractors may also access University or Works Location during the period, as well as facilities and staff.
