Wide Lane Pavilion Internal Refurbishment

This tender was in relation to the University of Southampton seeking to engage a contractor to conduct the internal refurbishment of a Sports Pavilion at its Wide Lane, Southampton site. The site is a Sports Pavilion consisting mainly of changing facilities and a bar / viewing area. This is a live site used by students of University of Southampton and other members of the public. The building is a brick and block two-storey building and has a large viewing terrace on the first floor. The site provides sports and leisure facilities with grass and AGP playing fields. There is a large ground level car park to the front and side of the Pavilion building. To the south of the pavilion there are fenced off tennis courts. There are trees on site which are to be maintained
