Contract for the temporary appointment of a Private Sector Housing Officer

Private sector housing (PSH) have been delivering homes for Ukraine. This post is to continue to backfill PSH so that this work can be delivered longer term. This exemption is relating to extending this post, so that the officer can continue to backfill PRS work. We have gone outside of the incumbent framework, as the officer is specialist and the required skillbase is difficult to fulfil.
