Description
The Contractor will carry out all the external pre-paint repairs that have been previously surveyed by the client, to all previously painted elements at the locations listed within the documents. Following the pre-paint repairs being completed, the external redecoration works will commence within one week, to cover such elements as but not limited to: the painting of timber or cleaning of PVCu soffits and fascia's, guttering and fall pipes, external doors; together with all associated door frames, canopies, facades, windows, meter boxes, gates, waste pipes, hand rails, balustrades, and any other external elements that have been previously painted before. The Contractor is to carry out the internal redecoration to the previously painted elements to the communal areas of the properties listed within this document. Covering such elements as but not limited to the: all corridors, toilets, communal lounges and stairs comprising of walls, ceilings, skirting boards, balustrades, communal internal and external doors & frames, stairways, balconies, curtain walling, windows and any other internal elements that could be accessible by the tenants and the general public.
