Chorley Council is inviting tenders for the All-Seasons Leisure Centre Gymnasium Improvement Works and Changing Room Refurbishment Scheme. This works package is to construct a new gymnasium area and associated ground floor facilities, including floor coverings, lighting & FF&E. The works include new mezzanine floor area and enhanced internal space. The preliminary appointment will be for pre-construction services, as defined in the tender pack.
