Description
There are 3 broad areas of work required to prepare for and enable consultation in the autumn; a blend of continuing the activities already underway and new activities: a. Developing the PCBC - drafting the business case document, finalising the clinical model and activity and finance model; undertaking travel impact analysis b. Engaging with the patients and public - testing the options, evaluation criteria, clinical model and benefits; support to options appraisal process; undertaking the equalities assessment and developing communications materials c. Preparation and planning for consultation - designing and facilitating the consultation process, developing the consultation plan and materials and analysing outputs Sutton, Merton and Surrey Downs CCG are seeking to engage a partner to support the development of a pre-consultation business case for their Acute Sustainability Programme. The CCG's envisage a separate communications and engagement organisation will deliver the discussions with the projected groups for the EQIA and therefore the chosen providers will be expected to work closely together. This is being conducted as a Competitive Call off process from the Crown Commercial Services Management Consultancy framework.
