GB-Colchester: Responsive Repairs - Aerials, Door Entry & CCTV

Colchester Borough Homes (the Authority) wishes to commission a contractor to provide responsive support to Colchester Borough Homes (the "Client") in delivering a responsive repairs service for Aerials, Door Entry & CCTV on behalf of Colchester Borough Council. The properties covered by this contract include all Colchester Borough Council owned domestic housing stock and leasehold properties. Works will be carried out in addition to the Client's existing DLO (Direct Labour Organisation). The Contractor shall provide a service to support the Client's delivery of Responsive Repair and Maintenance works. All Works will be delivered in accordance with the National Housing Federation (NHF) version 7 Schedule of Rates and in accordance with the supplied specification.
