The works comprise the appointment of a principal contractor to deliver works to Guildhall Yard East, including refurbishment, upgrade and associated construction activities. The scope is expected to include a range of building and infrastructure works and will be confirmed following further design development. The Authority reserves the right not to proceed with any procurement referenced in this notice.
