Description
Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust (“the Trust”) requires new accommodation to replace its current facility at the Tavistock Centre, Belsize Lane, London NW3 which occupies c7000 sq.m (“the Belsize Lane Site”). The Trust is the freeholder of the Belsize Site and the adjacent Portman Clinic (8 Fitzjohns Avenue NW3). The current accommodation comprises administrative offices (Trust HQ and departmental offices), clinical space (therapy rooms), education space (lecture theatre, library, seminar and classrooms) as well as ancillary accommodation; main reception, waiting areas, café and support service areas. The Trust is seeking a development partner (Estate Development Partner) who can unlock the value of the Trust’s existing Belsize Lane Site to fund, design and construct new accommodation at its preferred development site at Jamestown Road, Camden (the Jamestown Road Site) (or such alternative site as prospective partners may wish to support) (the Project).
