Wellness Service - Health Checks Pilot Clinical Lead

Locala provision of Project Clinical Lead resource (1FTE Band 7) to work alongside Primary Care and Wellness Service colleagues to provide clinical oversight, reassurance and governance to the development and implementation of the Health Checks Community Pilot Project. The Project Clinical Lead will be experienced Locala nurse/clinical practitioners managed, supported by Locala's nursing and governance infrastructure will provide guidance and clinical oversight for trained non[1]clinical staff from the Wellness Service as they deliver health checks in community settings. This oversight and guidance will ensure care for the presenting patient and a clear follow on pathway. They will demonstrate and embed safe, clinical decision-making and expert care, including a holistic and person centred approach to wellbeing.
