Provision of a robust and comprehensive occupational health service that provides a range of services. Nexus operates in highly regulated industries (Rail and Ferry) in terms of safety, drug and alcohol restrictions, employee wellbeing and fit-to-work policies. The Tenderer requires a full understanding of these environments and confirmations that they will ensure that Nexus fully complies with all relevant health and safety regulations as well as any applicable Railway Group Standards, Railway Safety Approved Code of Practice, Guidance Notes (GNs) and Railway Industry Standards (RISs) at all times.
