Description

he Royal Borough of Kingston is looking to appoint a consultancy firm to provide services in support of our Dementia Build project, providing oversight into there areas of work: 1) Review changes in conjunction with the NEC PM operations against brief provided and seek appropriate agreement from client team within requisite contractual timescales. 2. Plan out Client-side direct works requirements including Group 3 FFE (client supply and install items), IT, occupation, and the like including ongoing liaison with respect to development of operating model. 3. Monthly dashboard reporting on budget, programme, risk, delivery with more detailed paper on key issues as and when required for informed decision making. 4. To ensure that risks are identified and managed throughout the life of the programme; review and challenge risk register, inputting from Client point of view. 5. To ensure that the Property Directorate are in full understanding of the progress being achieved and that any difficulties are identified as early as possible and addressed in a positive manner
