Pembrokeshire are the Lead Authority in conducting this tender exercise on behalf of themselves, Ceredigion County Council and Gwynedd Council. This Framework will cover the supply and application of surface dressing binder as a part of the annual surface dressing programme for both Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion.
