Children's & Young People Complications of Excess Weight (CEW) Clinic

Durham County Council holds the budget for the regional Integrated Care System (ICS) Population Health and Prevention Board, which is to be used to fund the development, implementation and testing of a CEW clinic which will use a biopsychosocial model for managing complications related to severe obesity that recognises that this is a long-term condition for children and young people for a 1-year period from 1st August 2022 until 31st July 2023.
