Description

The Authority is moving from a single prime supplier model that delivers its entire data and telephony network, voice and video services, managed infrastructure and data centre support and maintenance requirements to a multi-supplier model including some self-provision. The Authority sought and selected a Supplier to implement and provide a solution for telephony services (lots 3, 4 and 10 under the Crown Commercial Service's RM1045 Network Services framework). The Authority's core requirements concern integrated communications, enterprise video services, contact centre services and telephony core infrastructure. The Authority has the option to require the Supplier to also provide traditional telephony services (including analogue telephone services and outbound telephony), inbound telephony services, integrated communications for the NHSBSA Pensions Service, and mobile data and telephones.
