Participation
Conditions suppliers must meet to bid.
The tender will include the ability for each supplier to make one submission for The Crown Estate to assess suitability for entry into an auction process. Legal and financial capacity conditions of participation will be defined in detail in the Morgan tender documentation, this includes all defined terms to be provided in a PSQ glossary.
