Leeds Transformational Regeneration Design & Heritage Planning Analysis

The commission requires the production of due diligence which comprehensively sets out the characterisation, design & heritage of the city centre and wider city rim areas. This work will provide part of the evidence base for the forthcoming design code and associated strategy documents for the area as well as providing a detailed evidence baseline to complement the Leeds Transformational Regeneration (LTR) Neighbourhood commissions which have looked at growth and regeneration in each neighbourhood area.
