Occupational Health Services - Medway Council

The provision of a qualified Occupational Health Adviser (OHA) to provide a blended approach by phone and at times located at Gun Wharf, Dock Road, Chatham and at the Civic Centre, Gravesham Borough Council or other appropriate locations within the Medway area as agreed by the client. The OHA will provide: • Pre-employment screening • Management of health referrals • Health promotion and wellbeing • Health Surveillance and prevention • Workplace Immunisations • Needlestick Injury helpline • Workstation Assessments and risk assessments • Ad-hoc medical reports, GP reports and other specialist reports • Assessment of potential on the grounds of ill health as part of the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) and the Teachers' Pension Scheme
