KMCPRP-109-017 Dynamic Purchasing System for the Provision of Passenger Transport Services

Bids are invited from Operators for the attached routes under Contract KMCPRP - 109 - DPS for the Provision of Passenger Transport Services. The deadline for submitting your completed Price Schedule/s is 9.00am on Tuesday 31st August 2021 , via YORtender. You will need to submit an updated Vehicle Details Form. Do not include any vehicles (or PSV discs) which you have allocated to routes awarded to you in the earlier rounds of tenders. Operators must submit bids on the relevant Price Schedule There are separate Price Schedules for 4 seaters, 6 and 8 seaters, Wheelchair access vehicles, and Adult Services day care routes. Route sheets are also sectioned into these categories. The Price Schedule must be completed electronically using Excel to allow bids to be automatically uploaded to the Council's price evaluation system. Pricing Schedules which have been printed out, written on, and then scanned, or, processed in any other way by the Operator, may not be accepted.
