Cobalt - Planned Central Heating Renewal Programme 2016-20 - AWARD

Cobalt Housing is seeking a Single Contractor to replace central heating systems, including boilers, radiators and all associated works within the North Liverpool area. The contract is to commence form 01/07/2016 and is due to run for 2 years with the option to extend for two further 12 month periods until 01/07/2020. Budget: Year 1 (2016/17) - ?752,000 265 unit completion projected Year 2 (2017/18) - ?858,000 300 unit completion projected The aim of the contract is to: o Replace non condensing boilers with condensing boilers o Assist in reducing tenants' fuel bills by installing more efficient condensing boilers o Reduce future repairs and maintenance o Maintain decent home standard in the future
