Buckingham Road Domestic House Extension on behalf of Rutland County Council

Rutland County Council require works to a domestic property to provide: a ground floor single storey rear extension and first floor side extension over the garage; to provide three extra bedrooms and wash facilities; to extend the existing driveway to accommodate one additional parking space. The JCT Minor Works with Contractors Design 2016 form of contract is being followed. Drawings and specifications accompany the tender documents. The deadline for questions is 15th Apr, the deadline for bids is noon 23rd Apr and contract award is anticipated by 17th May. The contract is due to start 4th June and complete by November.
