Architectural and Urban Planning - Architectural and related services (VAT Exempt)

The work shall consist of designing School Streets around three schools within Wood Green. The schools in question are Noel Park Primary School, Alexandra Primary School and St Paul's Primary School. The work shall also comprise of designs and public realm improvements to Caxton Gardens and the surrounding public realm and the re-design of Wood Green Common/Barratt Gardens which acts as a key connection between two of the School Streets and Caxton Gardens. Consequently, the works shall be split into three projects as set out below. i. Project Stream A - Designs for School Streets ii. Project Stream B - Caxton Gardens and the surrounding public realm iii. Project Stream C - Wood Green Common/Barratt Gardens Haringey Council Highways Capital Works will undertake the delivery of the approved designs via the highways term contractor.
