GB-London: Managing Change - Changemaker Training

The Department requires a suitably experienced supplier to deliver a programme of training to give a solid grounding & understanding of how to deliver change - centred on smart working - to an initial cadre of up to 24 Department Changemakers (we anticipate this being delivered in 2 tranches with up to 12 delegates in each; although other solutions may be appropriate). This training should address the practical, organisational and behavioural challenges in introducing Smart Working. The training delivery should be highly practical; ideally mixing classroom and workshop learning with supporting homework and practical experience, equipping delegates to explore, analyse, plan, deliver and sustain smart working in their own team
