The Council is seeking tenders from organisations that are interested in providing Post CSE Support Services in Rotherham, which includes the provision of:- •Practical, emotional support and advocacy for young people and adults who have experienced child sexual exploitation. •Evidence based therapeutic interventions for both young people and adults who have experienced child sexual exploitation. The service specification sets out the service requirements and the performance monitoring arrangements that organisations tendering will need to adhere to in delivering Post CSE Support. The service specification builds upon the learning from service delivery and service user experience of commissioned post CSE support. The document CSE Needs Analysis published at the following link on the RMBC website https://moderngov.rotherham.gov.uk/documents/s126151/Appendix%202%20-%20CSE%20Needs%20Analysis.pdf should be read in conjunction with the service specification to provide the context of CSE for victims, survivors, Rotherham people, communities and partners. Tenders are therefore invited from organisations with appropriate experience, passionate commitment and resources to provide the post CSE Support Services. The service specification focuses on providing support including practical, emotional support and advocacy as well as evidence based therapeutic interventions including counselling and family therapy and will be commissioned from the 1st January 2021 for 3 years with an option to extend for a further 2 years. The Service provider(s) will be required to maintain the ongoing support needs of victims and survivors currently receiving services from RMBC commissioned providers and provide support to victims and survivors of CSE coming forward for support with an emphasis on recovery and building resilience. The Service will comprise of the following lots:- Lot 1 - Practical and Emotional Support (£33,000) Practical, emotional support and advocacy for Young People (up to the age of 25) and adults who have experienced child sexual exploitation (hereinafter called the 'Service User'). This includes support to immediate family members. Lot 2 - Counselling (£45,000) Evidence based therapeutic interventions for young people and adults who have experienced child sexual exploitation. Lot 3 - Practical and Emotional Support and Counselling (£78,000) Practical, emotional support and advocacy for Young People (up to the age of 25) and adults who have experienced child sexual exploitation (hereinafter called the 'Service User').
