Provision of Hard Facilities Management Services

The purpose of this process was the re-procurement of an existing outsourced Hard Facilities Management Service to improve quality of service provided and reduce costs. The Service will include Operation & Maintenance of all aspects of the Facilities, including Estates and Engineering Plant, Buildings and Equipment. This service shall also include a fully planned and reactive maintenance service: Statutory and Mandatory tests and inspections and related duties.
