Resourced Education Provision for Children with Visual Impairements (Waiver)

Resourced provision which will help ensure children with sensory impairments continue to have their needs met through mainstream settings.In order to maintain the Service's compliance with its statutory duty under Part 3 of the Children and Families Act (2014) and resulting Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEN(D)) Code of Practicethe Local Authority will ensure direct delivery from September 2019.
