Grant Lodge Integrated Design Team

The Moray Council is seeking an experienced multi– disciplinary design team with exceptional and specialist design skills, particularly in relation to working with listed buildings to deliver a new cultural attraction and heritage venue for Moray in Cooper Park, Elgin. The reinstatement and extension of the much-loved grade B listed Grant Lodge (1766), sited in a beautiful and strategic location, will be delivered as a key part of the Moray Growth Deal Cultural Quarter project.
