Poulton Close Remediation Works

Dover District Council wishes to select and appoint a suitable Contractor for the provision of Remediation Works of a brownfield site in preparation for construction of two 3 storey blocks of flats to provide 24 homes for interim housing with 20 parking spaces and soft landscaping.. The contract is anticipated to commence 22nd March 2024 and will continue for a period of 19 months.\r \r Tender returns are to be completed and submitted electronically via the Kent Business Portal www.kentbusinessportal.org.uk by no later than 17:00 hours on 13th December 2023.\r
