TRANSPARENCY NOTICE: BBMF Lancaster Maintenance Package & Tailplanes Replacement Phase 2 to 5

NOTE: THIS NOTICE IS FOR TRANSPARENCY PURPOSES ONLY AND HAS ALREADY BEEN AWARDED. Research, design and manufacture of jigs tooling; manufacture of left and right tailplanes incl. all necessary fixtures and fittings in accordance with approved drawings; testing and certification; fitment to Lancaster PA474 of the left and right tailplanes including functional testing at the Contractor's premises to ensure compliance with the Military Aviation Authority Regulations including Mil Pt 145; and provision of a full documentation suite including Design Approved Organisation Scheme company approval for any changes or concessions to the original tailplane design. The Contractor will also be required to undertake a Lancaster Minor Maintenance and other specialist Out of Phase maintenance tasks in accordance with MOD approved data.
