DWP Digital Health and Disability are transforming the customer experience of Government by providing easy access to Health and Disability related services, with clear information, linking many new and existing systems to allow more consistent and responsive provision of services over the web and better customer outcomes. Our objective is to transform the digital journey for citizens with a disability or health condition. This contract will support the development and delivery of packages of work to build our digital product set that will improve claimant journeys.
