Description
The London Borough of Hackney and City of London have commissioned a provider to provide a Stop Smoking Service. The Stop Smoking Service will provide clinical support to smokers in Hackney and the City of London to help them quit smoking. The Stop Smoking Service will engage in outreach and engagement activities with a particular focus on engaging high prevalence and hard to reach communities within Hackney and the City of London. The Service will work in conjunction with a Stop Smoking Community Outreach and Engagement Officer within the City and Hackney Public Health Team who will facilitate and coordinate engagement activities with targeted communities. There will be an initial three year contract with two optional annual extensions.
