19 104 Housing Related Support services (HRS)

Cheshire East Council wishes to commission a range of Housing Related Support Services, essentially the provision of short - term hostel accommodation, or support that maintains independent living through support at a client's home. The requirement is split into 8 lots, to cover the North and South areas of the Cheshire East region providers will be required to support: Single homeless and rough sleepers, Homeless families, YoungPeople, Older people with support needs, Teenage parents, People affected with drug and alcohol misuse,People with disabilities, Offenders or people at risk of offending, People affected with mental health issues,Resettlement from supported housing. New Contracts are required to start from 1st April 2020 and note TUPE may apply.
